Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Currently, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment options available at checkout.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking ID via email or SMS to help you track your shipment.

If your machine arrives damaged, please do not accept the parcel or report it to the delivery person immediately. Take photos or an unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours at info@ostcflourmill.com.

All our machines come with a standard [Insert Warranty Period, e.g., 1-year] warranty covering manufacturing defects. Physical damage and wear-and-tear are not covered.
